On the product page, review the kitten details such as size, color, specifications, price, and any available options.

Once you've selected your kitten of choice, click the "Contact Us" button. This action will take you to our contact page where you can provide your personal information so we can get in touch with you. Be sure to also include the name of the kitten you’re interested in, and any additional questions you may have, so we can assist you accordingly.

We will contact you with more information about the kitten, answer any questions, and send you more pictures or videos if needed. After addressing all your inquiries, we will send you a pro-forma invoice along with payment instructions.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

After receiving payment, we will prepare the kitten for delivery, which will be handled by a professional pet delivery service. Once we make the reservation, we will provide you with shipping and delivery information, along with a tracking number so you can track your kitten's arrival and know exactly when it will be delivered to your doorstep. If you have any further questions, feel free to include them in the information space when sending your inquiry via our contact page.

SHIPPING SAFETY

Due to the delicate nature of our ragdoll kittens, we do NOT ship them alone in cargo under any circumstances. However, we offer a hand-delivery service to many states and countries worldwide. With this service, one of our nannies will accompany your kitten and tend to their needs throughout the entire journey—whether by plane, train, or automobile.

Please note that the courier fee for hand delivery varies depending on the destination. It can range from $100 for local deliveries to higher fees for international deliveries. This fee does not include round-trip airfare, which must be provided by the customer.
